REFUND POLICY

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable European legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without the need to provide any justification. To exercise this right, the customer must notify us within the aforementioned period through our designated contact channels.

2. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

A refund request may be submitted in the following circumstances:

  • Product received in poor condition, defective, or damaged during transport
  • Product not delivered within the estimated shipping timeframe
  • Product that does not match the description, specifications, or images published on our store
  • Exercise of the right of withdrawal within the legally established period

3. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

The customer must submit their request within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, by contacting our customer support team via email, providing the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the request
  • Photographic or video evidence of the product's condition (where applicable)

4. PHYSICAL RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

As a general rule, the physical return of the item is not required. Hair Tools & Beauty Cosmetics reserves the right to request a physical return in duly justified exceptional cases.

5. RESOLUTION AND REFUND TIMEFRAME

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, the full amount will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within a maximum period of 5 to 10 business days.
